This is a result of a change in Google usage policy. If you want to use Google maps on your website you need to sign up and enter your credit card details on their website – https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/
Google will give you $200 free usage every month which should be more than enough for most website map uses, however if its not you will be charged when you go over the limit.
